The Cotton House Hotel was impeccably clean, with friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfasts were sensational, and the venue is centrally located near a charming residential area, restaurants, souvenir shops, and the town center. Mellor Cross is just 4 km away.

this was my second very comfortable stay here and i would stay here again. the double room was huge, had a small balcony and under-floor heating. the hotel was in a comfortable and nice location walking distance to a garden and a lake. street food restaurant l'ostellino was located 15 minutes walk away.

This hotel features beautifully decorated rooms that are well-equipped and come with very comfortable beds.

There were lovely beds and central heating, multi-channel television and a mini bar fridge in the a double room. The bathroom was also large and included a tub, which I greatly enjoyed. I stayed 2 nights and would come here again when visiting Turkey.

I had a wonderful stay at the Cotton House Hotel. The place was impeccably clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive to all guests. My room was spacious, modern, and featured a very comfortable bed, along with a lovely balcony. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, right by the Hierapolis ruins and just a short distance from the travertines, as well as a charming residential area filled with restaurants.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, being very close to the travertines and the thermal pools. The front garden, surrounded by fruit trees, added a charming touch to the atmosphere. it was only a 15-minute drive from Lantern Pike Peak.

I always return to this amazing place. The staff helped me with bug spray once, which I appreciate. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception. I love it here and will be back for Christmas.

The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the thermal pools right from our room. a fantastic experience for our family.

My wife says that it would be great if The Cotton House had some kids' activities or a play area for families with children.

I enjoyed the convenience of being able to prepare simple meals whenever I wanted. The apartments were exceptional, with heated floors. It felt like a luxury touch and kept me warm during the colder evenings. The apartments also offered the convenience of having four bathrooms. It was perfect when traveling with a group of friends or family.

Personally, I found the multiple bathrooms in each apartment a bit excessive for my needs. But I understand that it could be a great feature for larger groups or families.
